Nimi Places 20260609 released

Nimi Places 20260609 fixes an application crash on load when using a non-ANSI character set, as well as issues affecting surface effects and desktop capture on the newest operating systems.

Today, we release the latest build of Nimi Places 20260609, which fixes an application crash on load when using a non-ANSI character set, as well as issues related to surface effects and desktop capture on the newest operating systems.

Firstly, we would like to express our thanks for the received crash report. The issue was caused by using a limited range instead of a full-range character-to-numeric conversion . We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Secondly, as mentioned, surface effects and desktop capture have been fixed and revised to support the newest operating systems, as well as special conditions. These issues were discovered yesterday during general platform tests on a fresh instance, and the fixes were completed quickly by porting and adapting window capture code from our Nimi Visuals project. Importantly, these components have also been unified and refactored.
