Nimi Places 20190428 released

Build 20190428 of Nimi Places fixes multiple issues - especially those related to iterations and recent collection revisions.

Most importantly, build revises icon support - to address reported for a long time and still investigated issues related to icons support.

We appreciate received error reports - and would like to thank for all recieved feedback.

Fixed container items collection lookup for small collections.
Fixed containers loading and unloading index being used before decrementing.
Fixed handling out-of-range icon index requests.
Fixed saving shared thumbnail outside synchronization.
Fixed support for shortcuts with unrecognized protocols.
Further collections revision.
Revised collections capacity adjusting.
Revised error codes handling.
Revised icon support.
Revised shell detection.
