8th August of 2008 - start of first project - is considered as an actual foundation date of Nimi projects group, while official webpage emerged in May of 2009.

Name

Name was chosen as an result of short research, followed by brainstorm and social poll - for easy to remember, but at the same time pronounceable and writeable name in many languages.
