Nimi Places 20171005 released

Build 20171005 of Nimi Places addresses few issues that affected application performance (like shortcuts cache not restoring, thus rebuilding each time) as well as functionality (e.g. updates dialog settings toggling working in semi-random manner).

Fixed and revised updates dialog closing and changes applying.
Fixed container loading thread synchronization exception when closing container on some conditions.
Fixed index being used instead for key for queueing operations on handling some of the container changes.
Fixed restoring shortcuts cache.
Fixed shell queries to ignore retrieving description for open with for self-references.
Revised link label and its use.
Revised sorting dialog initialization and captions.
Updated compressor.
