Added new package category tools accessed directly from nimi center - currently there are two related to taskbar changing size of application previews and alt-tab ones.
Fixed and updated few effects.
Nimigpu - component and releated effects and event processing has much better performance, behaviour and animations of many were also improved like jelly windows for example.
Updated core, event processing mechanisms like on creation and restore etc. related ones for example.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
