Build 20150610 of Nimi Places fixes issues with concurrent thumbnails loading and revises those loading.

Secondly, it revises icon retrieval logic.

Fixed using shared cache for following concurrent same thumbnail requests.
Revised icon retrieval logic.
Revised thumbnail loading.
