Nimi Places 20140603 released

Today we release newest build 20140603 of Nimi Places, which improves support for file shortcuts and changes icon resolving behaviour for those, when retrieving icons from icon files.

Secondly, it revises IO operations - reduces look-up, optimizes and sandboxes network IO operations (timeout).

Notice: Applying changes to icons requires re-building those cache and related muxers one.

Changed default index behaviour when retrieving icons from icon files for shortcuts.
Fixed support for non-file object shortcuts for older operational systems.
Improved file shortcuts support.
Optimized and sandboxed some of io operations for network shares.
Revised io operations for network shares.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
