Nimi Visuals, Nimi Places 20130310 released

Today we release updates of two projects - Nimi Places and Nimi Visuals.

Nimi Visuals build updates thumbnails service - improves its performance, revises its surfaces initialization and fixes thumbnails miscolorization issues.

Nimi Places build resolves shortcut issues, as well as, revises IO module interface and related methods.

Changed start menu aurora effect timing function.
Fixed thumbnail service thumbnails miscolorization issues.
Revised thumbnail service surfaces initialization.
Other changes, fixes and updates.

Fixed "link" option not appearing in rules editing.
Fixed pattern not being loaded when editing pattern based rule.
Fixed shortcut parsing returning reverse results.
Revised io module (and interface).
