Nimi Visuals 20120829 released

As we got many reports over "initialization failure" error, which was related to event detection and by so prevented effects from triggering - thanks to provided users feedback we release build that should fix mentioned issue.

Additionally, some performance tweaks were added along with applying few other minor changes.

Added saving of last setting window position.
Changed components load sequence.
Changed jelly windows effect timing & queuing.
Fixed compressor path issue.
Improved error reporting for event detection libraries initialization failure.
Updated bridge component.
Updated event detection libraries.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
