Nimi Places 20110930 released

After over 3 months since last release, we are proud to introduce newest version of Nimi Places. Along with fixes for reported issues - many features were updated and added. Performance of collection reordering like sorting or manual elements reposition was greatly increased - which is especially noticable on larger collections. Optimizations were also applied to other painting operations.

Added nimi places for web server.
Added partial support for url file thumbnails.
Added two new labels.
Fixed drag & drop path issue.
Fixed icon padding in lists.
Fixed rules add dialog.
Fixed sticked to desktop containers blink when showing desktop.
Updated default selection field for place container.
Updated elements reordering in place and path type containers.
Updated relative paths support.
Updated thumbnailing mechanism.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
