We are pleased to unveil the official Nimi logo together with a thorough update to the website.

While the visual presentation of the site remains largely unchanged, the internal CMS has undergone extensive revision. Numerous modules have been updated for consistency and longâterm maintainability, and a caching system has been added for the first time to improve performance. On the userâfacing side, the update introduces a new CAPTCHA system and corrects issues related to 18âŻpx textâgrid snapping. The rights and permissions notice has also been rewritten to provide a clearer and more accurate description of permitted use, restrictions, and our optâout from textâandâdataâmining exceptions.

The official Nimi logo presents a minimal, slightly smiling dollâlike face created through negative space. The hairâpin motifs on each side are derived directly from the katakana characters ニ (ni) and ミ (mi), integrated into the composition in a stylized form. Details on the website downtime during the update

The website update itself deployed quickly, but during the rollout we discovered an issue that only appeared under production conditions. To ensure stability and prevent Visitors from encountering broken downloads, we kept the site in maintenance mode for the full twoâhour window from 13:45 GMT to 15:45 GMT while we investigated and resolved the problem. This allowed us to complete the update safely and ensure everything was functioning correctly before reopening access.

We apologize to all Visitors who wished to browse our website or download our projects during this time, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
