Build 20180117 of Nimi Places revises and fixes memory allocation and releasing, revises I/O operations, as well as, addresses multiple issues — especially those finalization related.

Fixed and revised streams finalization.
Fixed application state enumeration dependent conditionals to support lowest state level (running).
Fixed database error handling for empty database file.
Fixed generating exceptions for error codes.
Fixed stream seeking not returning position after request.
Revised I/O operations.
Revised memory allocation.
