Nimi Places 20180107 released

since 2008

Build 20180107 of Nimi Places fixes toggling container title-bar visibility saving optimization, which should be reversed to match default value. Also, window closing synchronization method has been reverted to previous (polling).

Added shutdown blocking reason for operating systems supporting it.
Fixed toggling container title-bar visibility saving optimization.
Reverted and revised window closing synchronization to polling.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
