Build 20140212 of Nimi Places fixes multiple issues that could crash application on system events (changes) and addresses other ones that could cause application to misbehave.

Fixed architecture detection when forced to run as x86 on x64.
Fixed possible crashes due to event handlers not being properly removed.
Fixed settings list icons being overlayed with non-composited themes.
Fixed settings window look for non-composited themes.
Fixed update notification controls tab order.
Revised and fixed shell layouts detection.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
