Nimi Places 20140226 released

since 2008

Build 20140226 of Nimi Places fixes re-sizing of Place type containers using themes with small padding. Issue was caused by recent change in container style flags.

Added place type container themes specification.
Fixed place type containers re-sizing using themes with small padding.
Revised mouse position calculations.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
