Nimi Places 20131109 released

since 2008

Build 20131109 fixes issue with some directories not being opened and incorrect elements mapping after those re-ordering.

Additionally, it resolves issue with context menus radio selection not changing as well as few other minor GUI issues.

Added working directory variable for open requests.
Fixed mapping when changing elements order after sorting.
Fixed opening directories.
Fixed radio selection not being changed for theme and language menus.
Fixed theme loading failure error message showing default instead of requested theme name.
Revised quick selection adjustment with dragging intent.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
