Build 20131108 fixes local mode languages and themes paths issue (not pointing to application shared data directory) and improves Nimi Places performance.

Changed cache thumbnails clearing method to remove whole directories instead of only those files.
Changed language localization "title" field name to "name" for unification with themes specification.
Fixed themes and languages local mode paths.
Disabled re-pining.
Revised default encodings used for saving clipboard content.
Revised language and themes look up.
Revised system events listening.
Revised theme loading.
Updated language localization template.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
