Reported issues should be now fixed. Most important one — issue with adding containers of same type — was related to tag lookup used to prevent adding same path multiple times.

Added placetime icon next to containers having placetime settings.
Executable for current branch is now anycpu instead of x86.
Fixed bug disallowing to add more than 1 container of type.
Fixed showing placetime settings icon in center for deleted containers.
Updated/fixed place container theme changing.
General code maintenance.
Improved place and path containers scrolling — should be smoother.
Updated fade functions.
Updated links to nimi store categories and nimi accounts.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
