Nimi Places 20111231 released

since 2008

As one of 2011 closing updates, over 4 months since last update — we are releasing today latest version of Nimi Places. While we still plan to release 2011 raport later this week and review this year projects development progress — we can already tell that desired stability for Nimi Places was achieved within todays release.

Added help section.
Added quick setup dialog — which appears on first run.
Fixed audio tags high memory usage.
Fixed html fetch widget.
Fixed thumbnail engine.
Removed gui fade in/out transitions.
Removed nimi sync support.
Updated container rendering methods.
Updated gui.
Updated icon load sequence for places & path containers — when reloading icons, quick preview is only drawn for visible elements.
Updated icons.
Updated scaling for for places & path containers.
Updated tooltip sensivity and toggling.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
