Added bulgarian translation.
Added progress dialog for changing settings.
Splitted on creation effects in two categories, with different processing mechanism(rewritten mechanims for all on creation effects).
Updated compressor, now program directory can be choosen on start.
Improved components multi-threading and memory management.
Rewritten wallpaper set mechanism.
Updated search mechanism in center panel.
Data directory was moved to the same as executable (to make application more portable).
Other changes, fixes and updates.
