Nimi Places 20190725 released

Build 20190725 of Nimi Places fixes crashing on updating shortcuts muxer due to using invalid variable name as well as few other issues as well as improves support for non-filesystem shortcuts.

Fixed "start automatically with operating system" checkbox being checked under quick setup even if not under Program Files location.
Fixed handling for unsupported clipboard requests.
Fixed updateable muxers crashing due to calling function instead of using variable on collection initialization.
Improved support for non-filesystem shortcuts.
Optimized clipboard handling.
Optimized setting timers.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
