Build 20190519 of Nimi Places fixes inserting elements to collections at custom index as well as other collection related fixes. It also brings multiple revisions.

Changed "open with" menu to not appear when there is only 1 handler.
Fixed inserting to collection at custom index.
Fixed sorting collection by keys requests.
Revised and optimized shell queries cache.
Revised conditionals.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
