Build 20180624 of Nimi Places fixes issues related to empty extension handling as well as addresses other issues.

Fixed build year signature part being set to 2019.
Fixed extension-less files crashing directory listing due to comparing empty extension.
Fixed image viewer could crash due to unscaled image not being set.
Optimized extension comparisons.
Revised getting system directories paths.
Revised long paths converting.
