Build 20170714 of Nimi Places addresses application crashing on launch on certain conditions as well as few minor issues.

Changed migration cache clearing request from asynchronous to synchronous.
Fixed embedded manifest.
Fixed parallel initialization threads running as MTA instead of STA.
Limited and optimized parallel initialization to two threads.
Reverted and revised operational version checking to not check system libraries version.
Revised error reporting to include error code and prefer saving error report to file, with clipboard used as fallback.
Updated compressor.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
