Build 20170112 of Nimi Places fixes shortcuts handling and containers titles generation, as well as revises I/O related routines.

Fixed generating containers titles.
Fixed opening shortcuts pointing to directories.
Revised directories listing shortcuts handling.
Revised infinite redirection shortcuts handling to support only one nested redirection.
Revised retrieving drives and network shares labels.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
