Following yesterday update — build 20161213 of Nimi Places revises various application process related tasks and brings few other minor changes.

Changed error reporting time reference.
Fixed string building buffer overflow on resize following earlier resize caused by concatenating strings.
Optimized memory allocation.
Revised extractor error handling.
Revised process id related operations.
Revised profile directory path retrieval.
Revised single instance verification.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
