Build 20141031 of Nimi Places fixes generic icon being shown for shortcuts without custom icon set.

Secondly, build fixes and revises containers position restoring; Upon updating application: containers bounds are converted to new format — matched to present displays.

Added containers position migration converter to backwards support module.
Added containers position preferred display list.
Changed display identification method from relative name to hardware id.
Fixed database not being marked as requiring saving upon entries removal.
Fixed generic icon being shown for shortcuts without custom icon set.
Removed saving containers position in previous format.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
