Build 20140812 fixes application crashing upon startup on some environments.

Additionally build revises application level unhandled exceptions handling — now application tries to unload on unhandled exception and offers to generate error report.

Reverted to and optimized previous full path retrieving method.
Revised application level unhandled exceptions handling.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
