Build 20140210 fixes per page settings saving on older browser versions.

As an word of explanation — yesterdays build addressed general backwards compatibility with older browser versions by adding support for using depreciated API, while today's fixes issue with differences how those handle undefined parameters; Those did not affect newer browser versions, yet we apologize for confusion and inconvenience those multiple releases could have caused.

Fixed per page settings saving on older browsers versions.
