Nimi Visuals 20140202 released

Build 20140202 fixes transparent inactive effect restoring opacity of minimized windows when unloaded and adds x86 bridge re-connection upon application restart (in the same session) after incorrect closure.

Added x86 bridge re-connection.
Fixed component updating signature checking.
Fixed transparent inactive effect unloading restoring minimized windows opacity.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
