Nimi Places and Nimi Visuals 20130505 released

 

While both projects have been updat­ed last week, with Nimi Places receiving major update ​and Nimi Visuals most­ly only minor fixes — this time situa­tion could have been rev­ersed. However, as works ​on one of the branches were finished ​and as it focused ​on one of important modules — both updat­es should be con­sider­ed as important ones.

Nimi Visuals update resolv­es event detec­tion issues as well as most noticeably fixes effects z-order positioning. This means that effects like e.g: transi­tion effects now respect z-order stack.

Nimi Places update fixes issues caused by invalid collec­tions handling that affect­ed e.g: repaint opera­tions ​and crashing due to invalid thread termina­tion handling. Secondly revises shadow generating.
