While both projects have been updated last week, with Nimi Places receiving major update and Nimi Visuals mostly only minor fixes — this time situation could have been reversed. However, as works on one of the branches were finished and as it focused on one of important modules — both updates should be considered as important ones.
Nimi Visuals update resolves event detection issues as well as most noticeably fixes effects z-order positioning. This means that effects like e.g: transition effects now respect z-order stack.
Nimi Places update fixes issues caused by invalid collections handling that affected e.g: repaint operations and crashing due to invalid thread termination handling. Secondly revises shadow generating.
