Nimi Web Cleanser 20120327 released

While NWC is still pending approval, it was updated to 20120327. Update consists mostly of fixes to issues detected in nightly verison — which is currently only testers available, but with upcoming site update should become publicly available.

Added automatic patterns update via subscription notification.
Fixed subscription update issue.
Fixed tab update handling issue.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
