(g)NON-COMMERCIAL USE. Non-commercial use means that YOU are not getting compensated in any form for the products and, or services you develop directly using THIS APPLICATION.
(h)OFFICIAL. Official means authorized by PROJECTS GROUP.
(i)ANY. Any means all kind of possible or impossible - including, but not limited to - existing or not existing.
(j)THIRD PART. Third part mean ANY not related directly or indirectly - including, but not limited to - APPLICATION PROVIDER.
(k)PACKAGE. Package means - including, but not limited to - all resources, libraries, executable and other media.
(m)DOWNLOAD. Download means - including, but not limited to - retrieving PACKAGE from ANY kind of - including, but not limited to - physical or virtual data container or stream
(n)INFORMATION. Information means all kind of data.
(l)STORE. Store mean to keep ANY kind of -including, but not limited to - physical or virtual data - including but not limited to - PACKAGE on - including, but not limited to - physical or virtual device.
(o)UPLOAD. Upload means - including, but not limited to - submiting PACKAGE from ANY kind of - including, but not limited to - physical or virtual data container or stream.
(p)STATISTICS. Statistics mean ANY - including but not limited to - PACKAGE, event - including, but not limited to - that can be STORED.

LICENSE
1)DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
(a)No Warranties
THIS SOFTWARE and COMPONENT PARTS ARE PROVIDED by APPLICATION PROVIDER "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS and APPLICATION PROVIDER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EITHERWHETHER EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

(b)No Liability for Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPLICATION PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF APPLICATION PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2)LIMITATIONS
(a)No Reverse Engineering. Customer may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify.
(b)No Separation of Components. THIS APPLICATION is licensed as a single product. ITS COMPONENT PARTS may not be separated for distribution, nor otherwise used separately from the other parts.
(c)Free for NON-COMMERCIAL USE. THIS APPLICATION is only for NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
(d)APPLICATION may be freely distributed with preserving information about OFFICIAL website.
(d)APPLICATION and APPLICATION PROVIDER are not responsible for ANY content distributed, available or in - including, but not limited to - ANY other related form from THIRD PART.

3)MISCELLANEOUS
(a)ANY direct or indirect, included or not included, explanations and regulations or other not mentioned within THIS LICENSE are to be never used directly or indirectly, or at ANY other form against APPLICATION PROVIDER and APPLICATION.
(b)If any provision of this LICENSE is inconsistent with, or cannot be fully enforced under, the law, such provision will be construed as limited to the extent necessary to be consistent with and fully enforceable under the law. This LICENSE is the final, complete and exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements relating to such subject matter, whether oral or written. This LICENSE may only be modified by APPLICATION PROVIDER.
(c)APPLICATION might DOWNLOAD - including, but not limited to - SOFTWARE, COMPONENT PARTS, INFORMATION, PACKAGES, THIRD PART PACKAGES without USER confirmation.
(d)APPLICATION might UPLOAD - including, but not limited to - SOFTWARE, COMPONENT PARTS, INFORMATION, PACKAGES, THIRD PART PACKAGES without USER confirmation.
(e)LICENSE can change without USER confirmation.
(f)APPLICATION can UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD AND STORE STATISTICS WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION and USER confirmation.

4)TERMINATION
This LICENSE will automatically terminate if Customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof. In such event, Customer must destroy all copies of the APPLICATION.

Defensive Suspension. If Customer commences or participates in any legal proceeding against APPLICATION PROVIDER then APPLICATION PROVIDER may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate all license grants and any other rights provided under this LICENSE during the pendency of such legal proceedings.
