DEFINITIONS:

(c) Official. Official means authorized by ME.
(d) 3rd PART. 3rd Part means NOT DEVELOPED, RELATED DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY, nor OWNED BY SOFTWARE DEVELOPER.
(e) NON-COMMERCIAL USE. NON-COMMERCIAL USE means all means that YOU are not getting compensated in any form for the products and, or services you develop using SOFTWARE.
(f) Component parts. Component parts means all resources, libraries, executables and other media that are distributed directly or indirectly within SOFTWARE.
(g) Package. Package means all resources, libraries, executable and other media.
(h) Download. Download means to retrieve PACKAGE from any kind of physical or virtual data container or stream
(i) Information. Information means all kind of data.
(j) This. This means referring to current.
(k) Any. Any means all kind of possible or impossible, existing or not existing.
(m) Upload. Upload means to send PACKAGE from any kind of physical or virtual data container or stream to - including, but not limited to any kind of physical or virtual data container or stream
(n) Software statistics. Software statistics mean all kind of possible SOFTWARE settings - including, but not limited to USER software enabled effect and features.
(l) Autoupdate. Autoupdate means DOWNLOAD of PACKAGES, INFORMATION on SOFTWARE AND PACKAGES update as well as - including, but not limited to SOFTWARE, PACKAGES, and COMPONENTS PARTS DOWNLOAD.

LICENSE
1)DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
(a)No Warranties
THIS SOFTWARE and COMPONENT PARTS ARE PROVIDED by ME "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS and ME DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EITHERWHETHER EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, 

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
(b)No Liability for Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2)LIMITATIONS
(a) No Reverse Engineering. Customer may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, nor attempt in any other manner to obtain the source code. 
(b) No Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its COMPONENT PARTS may not be separated for distribution, nor otherwise used separately from the other parts.
(c) Free for NON-COMMERCIAL USE. The SOFTWARE is only for NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
(d) The SOFTWARE may be distributed freely with preserving information about OFFICIAL website.
2)MISCELLANEOUS
(a) The SOFTWARE might DOWNLOAD COMPONENT PARTS, INFORMATION, PACKAGES, 3rd PART PACKAGES without USER confirmation.
(b) The SOFTWARE is not responsible for any content distributed, available or in any other related form from 3rd PART - including, but not enclosing only to any form of its use, store or management or other. 
(c) ANY direct or indirect, included or not included, explanations and regulations or other not mentioned within THIS LICENSE are to be never used directly or indirectly, or at ANY other form against ME and SOFTWARE.
(d) If any provision of this LICENSE is inconsistent with, or cannot be fully enforced under, the law, such provision will be construed as limited to the extent necessary to be consistent with and fully enforceable under the law. This LICENSE is the final, complete and exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements relating to such subject matter, whether oral or written. This LICENSE may only be modified by ME.
(e) The SOFTWARE can AUTOUPDATE WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION and USER confirmation.
(i) LICENSE can change without USER confirmation.
(h) The SOFTWARE can DOWNLOAD WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION and USER confirmation.
(j) The SOFTWARE can UPLOAD SOFTWARE STATISTICS during AUTOUPDATE WITHOUT ANY LIMITATION and USER confirmation.

3)TERMINATION
This LICENSE will automatically terminate if Customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions hereof. In such event, Customer must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its COMPONENT PARTS.

Defensive Suspension. If Customer commences or participates in any legal proceeding against ME then ME may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate all license grants and any other rights provided under this LICENSE during the pendency of such legal proceedings.
