Nimi Places 20180106 released

Build 20180106 of Nimi Places most importantly fixes possible race condition (due to window closing synchronization failure) during application closing as well as in general some of the database operations, that could both prevent saving application settings. Additionally, other multiple minor issues are addressed.

Fixed and optimized rounding, ceiling and flooring floats.
Fixed hexadecimal conversion wrong bitwise shifting direction.
Fixed package build number again in reversed order.
Fixed restoring default container title.
Fixed toggling container title-bar visibility saving.
Fixed using generic collection methods instead of database dedicated ones, not using its synchronization.
Fixed window closing synchronization condition.
Optimized container items text drawing.
