Nimi Places 20150604 released

Build 20150604 of Nimi Places fixes error reporting and revises those handling.

Problem with error reporting have been caused by recent changes in core and containers closing sequences that were preventing error reporting prompt from being shown on application crash.

Additionally, due to late initialization, some of early errors might not have been handled.

Lastly, build addresses multiple minor issues.

Revised power state changes detection.
Fixed crash report prompt not being displayed.
Fixed time calibration.
Optimized calculations.
Revised error handling.
Revised time retrieval method.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
