Nimi Places 20140810 released

Newest build of Nimi Places 20140810 brings custom DPI support - controls, containers (except for absolute icons and thumbnail size) etc. are upscaled to DPI settings.

Secondly, it addresses multiple issues like directory observing failure for changes of files and directories having short file names.

Removed support for mixed long and 8.3 paths for directory changes watching.
Fixed dialogue boxes invalid key events handling.
Fixed directory audio playback.
Fixed gui controls spacing.
Fixed repainting procedure possible deadlock.
