Nimi Places 20131030 released

Nimi Places 20131030 resolves minor issues and adds local mode.

 

Build 20131030 fixes few small issues (e.g: incorrect double click actions, grid snapping) and adds local mode, which is enabled when application is ran from under Program Files location.

In local mode application data is being stored under current user profile directory, instead of in executable location. This resolves some of possible permissions issues as well as simplifies running Nimi Places for multiple users.
