Nimi Visuals 20131011 released

Today we release newest version of Nimi Visuals, which resolves numerous minor issues and improves application performance.

Most noticeably, transitions are now smoother and richer - with better timing, animation calculations and updated visuals of some of those (e.g: number of folds now responds to window size for fold window transition).

Changed non-specialized muxers to transactional.
Fixed architecture detection on start.
Fixed effects module requirements flags.
Fixed settings window support for transitions.
Fixed thumbnails z-order positioning.
Optimized timing functions.
Revised muxers.
Revised system events handling.
Revised thumbnailing module.
Updated transitions.
