Nimi Web Cleanser 20130217 released

Today we release an updates of two branches (mainline and sideline) of Nimi Web Cleanser project.

While mainline release focuses on further improving extension performance, for sideline it was updating its architecture.

As sideline branch have not been updated for almost an year - performance increase should be much more noticeable.

Fixed page settings auto-adjust button being clickable even when hidden.
Optimized performance.
Updated patterns.
Updated sideline branch extension architecture.
Other changes, fixes and updates.
