From very begining of Nimi projects, start of Nimi Visuals project - Our motto was Cause it can get even better. This simple phrase represents both humble awerness of imperfection as well as determination to improve - both qualities crucial for user oriented application development.

With this commitment in our hearts, after months of development filled with users keen interest and feedback, we are happy to introduce newest version of Nimi Visuals.

Nimi Visuals can be downloaded from Download Nimi Visuals, sizing less than ~250kb when compressed.

This version has new thumbnail service as well as event detection libraries, and revised event passing chain.

Starting with first, while there are methods for accessing raw shared surfaces (like DirectX proxies, API calls & commands) it uses different approach, resulting with small overhead and - currently - supported window size is limited. On positive side it can be started almost instantly and runs only while Nimi Visuals is running.

Regarding second - more events are handled, passing chain was shortened and multiple internal event notifications are now possible. Finally, internal event triggering is now selective.

As for effects removal - 2 window fade efefcts were removed, but almost certainly Aurora fade will be re-added later this year after planned revision.
